I’m a paint brush hero
Like a juke box hero, but more lame.
You should see me around my house this week! My mom’s 40th birthday party is this friday, so everyone in the family is trying to do a fix-up on the house. For her birthday, my dad offered to redo her entire bathroom any way she wanted, which she has wanted since we moved in like 6 years ago. There’ve been some hurdles… like the tile and mortar being 4 inches thick and almost 50 years old… and we’re working on a time crunch, but everything is finally pulling together.
Mom also had some side projects she wanted done… like an entire wall painted with chalk board paint. Guess who got volunteered for that job. It’s no surprise, though. I did design my sister’s nursery. So I’ve got plenty of painting skillz. Anyone need their house painted? Anyone?
So it’s been a bit hectic here. I still have to go shopping for the party. AHH. But I can’t wait to draw something awesome on the chalkboard! I’ll take pictures.
But, I redesigned my gallery layout, because the first one looked like crap. I’ll be putting it up tonight.
