Yeeaaah. About that. Honestly… I’ve had, like, zero time to have a blog. Or a site. Which I guess is fairly obvious, seeing as I’ve been pretty much MIA for the past.. forever, I guess. Not that anyone really cares. I think I might have had a grand total following of like.. five.. at my peak. Five people. I dunno if three of them even exist on the internet anymore. Things on the lurk trail tell me no. C’est la vive. I kind of miss it. And now that’s it’s summer and I’ve nothing to do (oh goodness, more on that later…), I’m trying to re-immerse into this entire internet world thing. And like, do things I’ve been meaning to do. Here’s a list of them:
- Make a design that doesn’t blow chunks – I think I’ve managed to do that.
- Put all my pictures onto my Flickr – This one isn’t going too well…
- Find all the places on 43 Places that I’ve ever been – This is going well, so far. I’ve only been in the US, and I’ve gotten up to Oregon :)
- Write new, exciting and meaningful content for my site – HAH. Like that’ll happen.
- Be active on a forum – I don’t know which one to pick!
- Make a Q*Bee quilt – This, this will never happen, because I always forget about them.
- Regain readership.. and get some new people, too – Because five readers really isn’t enough.
By the by, I really do like lists. They’re so easy to make, and they fill up a lot of space. Get ready for some serious listage. Like, really.
I have so much to write about, but I don’t want to give it all away. I know! Another list! Here is a list of things that I want to write about… this serves two purposes. One, it’s a ploy to keep you coming back for more (brilliant, right). But two, and probably more realistic, it’s so I don’t forget. Which I do. A lot. So this list! Unordered, this time, because I wouldn’t want to constrain myself to such an order, nor do I want you to really know what I’m going to talk about next… But right. The list.
- Sending my first package (I’m so afraid!)
- The cross-country road trip (probably cut into 2-3 entries)
- College
- My new little sister!
- Life in Vancouver
…and crap. I forgot what other interesting things I’d talk about. Sorry ’bout that. Anyway, I’m going to do something productive… probably work on my Flickr. Anything you’d like to hear about? I have been gone for like centuries, after all…
